Jason, I'm finally getting a chance to log in and post some information about my daily food intake. I'm trying to get more protein as we discussed:
Morning: One bowl of Life cereal (about 1.75 servings) with light soy milk
Late morning: 4-6 cups of black coffee
Lunch: One serving of lean pork roast, mixed steamed veggies, and a strawberry protein shake.
Afternoon coffee: 3 cups of black coffee
Afternoon Snack: Cheese stick
Dinner: Goetta (German meat dish that is essentially ground sausage and oatmeal), two scrambled eggs with ketchup, green peas.
Evening snack: Probably a piece of dark chocolate or a "100-calorie snack pack" of tiny muffins (I haven't eaten it yet, which is why I said "probably.")
Misc: lots of water throughout the day
