2 hard-boiled eggs, one with yoke, one without
1 pack of low sugar oatmeal
Water to drink
11am
2 pieces of Beef jerky
half handful of pistachios

~1 cup of beef and veggie soup
1 chicken, spinach, artichoke lean pocket (i think this is ok...)

~half a protein bar

2 scoops of protein shakes, mixed with water after my workout
7:15
Chopped chicken seasoned with a splash of fajita marinade, mixed with 3/4 - 1 cup of green peppers, onion and mushroom, which i cooked in a bit of olive oil. A sprinkle of low fat cheddar cheese on top.
On top of this I had my pills scattered in the day with my meals. I had some diet pepsi at one point (around lunch??) and lots of water mixed in.
Sunday (not as good)
~11:30am
2 eggs over hard, with some left over taco meat and salsa. Piece of whole wheat toast.

something, not really remembering what it was, but it was nothin bad.
~4pm
Sandwich on whole wheat bread (2 slices), low-fat peanut butter and sugar free jelly.
~830 (after work)
free personal cheese pizza, pizza hut brand
~9pm
I continued my indulgence with a slice of lemon meringue pie, which I never eat, but we had in the house from dinner guests.
As always lots of water and my pills were there. While on duty at work (lifeguarding). That's as far as I can remember...
