Sam's Food for Today, and yesterday

Monday
8:45am
2 hard-boiled eggs, one with yoke, one without
1 pack of low sugar oatmeal
Water to drink

11am
2 pieces of Beef jerky
half handful of pistachios

1pm
~1 cup of beef and veggie soup
1 chicken, spinach, artichoke lean pocket (i think this is ok...)

3:30
~half a protein bar

6:45
2 scoops of protein shakes, mixed with water after my workout

7:15
Chopped chicken seasoned with a splash of fajita marinade, mixed with 3/4 - 1 cup of green peppers, onion and mushroom, which i cooked in a bit of olive oil. A sprinkle of low fat cheddar cheese on top.

On top of this I had my pills scattered in the day with my meals. I had some diet pepsi at one point (around lunch??) and lots of water mixed in.

Sunday (not as good)
~11:30am
2 eggs over hard, with some left over taco meat and salsa. Piece of whole wheat toast.

~1pm
something, not really remembering what it was, but it was nothin bad.

~4pm
Sandwich on whole wheat bread (2 slices), low-fat peanut butter and sugar free jelly.

~830 (after work)
free personal cheese pizza, pizza hut brand

~9pm
I continued my indulgence with a slice of lemon meringue pie, which I never eat, but we had in the house from dinner guests.

As always lots of water and my pills were there. While on duty at work (lifeguarding). That's as far as I can remember...

Sam, pretty good except for the few obvious faults, but that goes with anybody. As far as the lean pocket goes, there are things worse, but it is definitely a highly processed food and probably need like a double dose of digestion enzymes when you eat something like that. I would put those on par with McDonalds as far as difficulty to digest goes. Its no wonder that you have made a lot of progress, I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised at your re evaluation.

Shake, 1 scoop hi-protein, 1 of pro-carb w/ water

~1pm, I became ill and didn't eat the rest of the day

Tuesday
~I ate some soup and crackers and drank water (don't remember when). Feeling better now, but I spent a lot of the day sleeping.

Will be more consistent in posting from here on. See you tomorrow Jason
